The 2005 Ysios Reserva is a wine of great complexity and elegance, thanks to the diversity of toasted oak and winemaker choose for their development.
Its development continues between 20 and 30 days at a temperature of 28 º / 30 º and aged between 14 and 16 months in French, American and Hungarian oak barrels, and terminating after a minimum of 22 months in bottle.
Attractive ruby. Good intensity on the nose. Aromas of black fruits, plums, blackberries with an elegant roast. In the mouth is wide, while focused and well integrated tannins. Good balance and persistence.
