Wines from the winery El Coto de Rioja

It is in Oyón (Alava), and occupies a total surface of 110.000 m2, 50.000 m2 of them are built-up.
The vineyard is situated in Cenicero (Rioja Alta), near the Najerilla river, orientated to the Northwest, and on predominantly clayey soil. The rest of the grape comes from selected vine-growers from Rioja Alavesa.
All the grapes are elaborated by control of temperature in stainless steel tanks. Nowadays there are elaborated 23 millions of kg of grape / year.
