A different sort of winery, where all wine making processes have been examined and gravity has become the main ally, thus avoiding the use of pumps, chutes and machinery in general which can damage the grape.
The architecture has been carefully chosen to blend in with the landscape. It is adapted to the existing topography and developed underground, thus adopting a submissive, respectful position to the surrounding environment.
