Wineintube blanco is made from Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo. The grapes are gently pressed to get a free-run juice that will later on ferment at a low temperature to preserve thus the aromatic properties typical of each variety.
Tasting notes: Nose: white fruits, citrus and floral hints bestowing a fresh and young sensation. Palate: smooth and balanced. Hints of green apple and pine apple.
Wineintube was founded by two winemaking families in 2008 in Valls (Tarragona, Spain) with the idea of innovating the world of wine packaging. The family vineyard -90 hectares- is part of the Denomination of Origin of Tarragona which cultivates the white grape varieties of Macabeo,... Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay and the red grape varieties of Tempranillo, Merlot, Syrah and Black Grenache. The soil of this area is calcareous and the climate is typically Mediterranean. In the processes of winemaking and packaging they work with a winery in the village of Brafim which is very close to the vineyard.
