White Wine
White wine is the result of the juice fermentation of the white grape or of some red grapes (pressed and destemmed) without skins for 2 or 3 days to avoid the color. Its elaboration usually is a quick process which lasts from the vintage up to the bottling approximately two months. Once the wine making precess is completed, it can be consumed up to a period not superior to 10 months in ideal conditions in order to keep a magnificent aroma, color and flavor.
