Viña Sastre Pago De Santa Cruz 2009 is made from 100% Tempranillo. This wine is cultivated in the traditional manner, without mineral fertilizers, herbicides or insecticides. Aging for 18 months in new American oak barrels.
Tasting notes:
Intense deep red colour, with violet tones.
On nose, includes the fragrances of red fruits, liqueur, minerals, vanilla, coconut and cinnamon.
On palate, elegant and tasty, with soft wood and fruit.
