Viña Pomal Crianza is made from Tempranillo.
After destemming and crushing, the maceration takes place over 2 weeks. The wine is then aged one year in barrels of American oak before bottling and then spends a minimum of 6 months in bottles.
Cherry red colour with violet hues.
Nose: black fruit, liquorice and subtle mineral notes. Cocoa and toasty notes from its aging in barrels.
Palate: a supple, elegant, balanced and refreshing mouthfeel.
