Veuve Cliquot Yellow Fridge is made from Pinot Noir (50 to 55%), Pinot Meunier (15 to 20%) and Chardonnay (28 to 33%). This gift set, designed by Denis Boudard of QSLD, keeps this product fresh for up to two hours.
Tasting notes: Yellow with golden glints and lingering and fine bubbles. On nose, lively and pleasant scents of fruit, brioche and nuts, with elegant touches of toast and vanilla. On palate, complex, well-balanced with reminiscences of fruit.
It was founded in 1772. It´s located in Reims. The vineyards cover 382 hectares. It provides between 26 and 28% of the House´s requirements in grapes. The rest is supplied under long-term contracts with winegrowers in the Champagne region, selected for their quality.
