The realized grape harvest is manual for which, a selection in table becomes. The fermentation takes place in new barrels of French oak on its lees and to 15ºC-20ºC of temperature. It remains up to 8 months in barrel on his lees (system of Batonaje). Later, one comes to his clarification, followed of the bottling and a minimum period of rest of 4 months in warehouse.
Colour: Straw-colored yellow with some golden reflection.
Aromas: Minerals and of scrub of type thyme, laurel, fennel. Smoked and ripe fruit.
In the mouth: Powerful, greasy with volume. Long and fresh with authenticity, personality and elegance.
V3 can be combined type of fish, white meats, rice yet and you graze (it binds with powerful sauces).
10ºC - 11ºC.
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Semi-mature Cheese, Soups and Creams.
The building of TERNA BODEGAS is located in “La Seca”, a town 4 kilometers far from RUEDA. Their facilities consist of two plants where the underground part was dug by hand by their predecessors and, is there where today they rest 200 new barrels of French oak with capacity for 300 liters.
