Elaboration and aging:
Soft pressing to obtain the free run juice. 2 ª fermentation in bottle. Minimum of 30 months aging in stackings.
It´s located in Sant Sadurní D´Anoia. They cultivave the white varieties, Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada, Chardonnay and Subirat Parent and red grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
