The Almirez is made from 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo). Handpicked and traditional winemaking with light pumping during fermentation. Fermentation of 8 days at 26°-28°C. Maceration with skins for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months.
