Somiatruites is made with the varieties Chenin 45%, Muscat 35%, Sauvignon Blanc 12%, Xarel.lo 6% and 2% Chardonnay.
Young vines aged between 10 and 40 years.
Mechanized harvesting. Vinification separately of the different grape varieties.
Fermentation at controlled temperature of 16ºC.
Yellow colour with greenish shades.
On the nose it presents good aromatic intensity. Complex, tropical fruit with syrupy, citrus and floral notes.
Rich and silky in the mouth, the persistent acidity brings freshness and lengthens the aftertaste.
