Monovarietal Picapoll, from the Pla de Bages. It has been fermented at controlled temperatures for 22 days, and 20% of the crop has had a small French oak aging.
It has a pale yellow color with golden hues, clean and bright. It has a good aromatic intensity, where they emphasize fruits such as pears "blanquita", apple, a reminder of citrus, pineapple and bananas, very characteristic of the variety Picapoll, with a light touch of French oak which gives it balance and touch of sensuality. At home, we artistically categorize as the ultimate expression of our expressions.
