The Solera Olorosa Platino is a wine with a long oxidative aging in wich process is still rich in alcohol and wood aromas till became into a great and complex wine. It has been awarded a Golden Bacchus at the VII International Wine Competition Bacchus 2006.
It is clean and shiny, mahogany colur. Clean aroma with notes of toast, spices and raisins memory. Large, velvety palate with aftertaste of wood. Persistent.
Ideal accompaniment to all meats, especially game stews.
