Amancio 2009 is made 100% with Tempranillo grapes. Environmentally friendly viticulture. Handpicked. Careful selection, only between 8 and 10% of the best bunches are finally selected. Destemmed manually. Cold maceration for 6 days. Fermentation in French oak barrels for 8 days. Maceration with skins for 24 days. Malolactic fermentation in new French oak. Aging in French oak barrels for 24 months.
Black cherry colour. Intense and balanced to the nose. Toasted tones, wild berries, wood and spicy aromas. In the mouth it is powerfull, elegant and complex. Nicely assembled. Long and persistent finish.
