Sentido 2009 is made from Tinta del país 100%. Limited production to 3.500 kg per hectare. Hand picking in 16 kg boxes. Maceration during 14 days at a controlled temperature. Ageing in 30% American and 70% French oak barrel during 10 months. No clarification nor filtering process.

Bodegas Conde was founded in 1999, a collaborative effort of three partners: Javier Ajenjo, Julio César Conde and José Luis Simón. Recently joined the team the winemaker Isaac Fernandez. It is located in Castrillo de la Vega, Burgos. It has 8 hectares of vineyards.
