Santa Digna Chardonnay 2011 is made from Chardonnay 100%. Cultivated in the coldest region of the Valle Central: Río Claro.
Tasting notes: Bright yellow, green rim. On nose, hints of exotic fruit, apricot and tasty pear, sweet notes of vanilla, citrus and spices on a background of delicate pineapple. On palate, sweet, dense, correct acidity. Long, smooth and fruity aftertaste.
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Soups and Creams.
