The Rosa de Miros is made from Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Hand harvested and transported in plastic crates holding 15 kg of grapes each. The grapes were manually selected at the sorting table and then destemmed. Maceration of the grape juice with the skins of the grapes for 24 to 36 hours until the desired pink colour is attained. The grape juice obtained in the maceration process is fermented in stainless steel vats for 20 days at a temperature below 18º C. On the label it can be seen a graphical design by Anna Villaplana for BODEGAS PEÑAFIEL.
Tasting notes: Rosé wine with white wine nose and red wine palate. Strawberry bright pink colour. Nose: wide and complex. Combined with fresh fruit aromas. Palate: wide, fleshy, kind, round, with the freshness given by the well-integrated acidity.
