The Roger Goulart Brut Nature is a Reserve Brut Nature cava made from Xarel.lo 40%, Macabeo 30%, Parellada 25% and Chardonnay 5%.
It has a minimum aging in the cellar of 30 months.
Aging brings aromas of the evolution in the bottle and appreciated on the palate flavors of aging. It has a color with yellow hues, shooting amber. The bubbles are abundant, fine, persistent. Aroma is clean, with tips slightly fruity. It's nice and elegant in the mouth, and not lacking in body. It shows us balanced and smooth.
