The Recaredo Subtil Gran Reserva Brut Nature 2006 is a celebration of the complex, notes of fine bubbles raising and high integration. Toast and minerals define their personality. Endnotes creamy with hints of hazelnuts and draw up a sensory profile of authenticity.
Bottle aging: From 43 months. Value specified on the back. Cava made from vineyards in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, Subirats and Torrelavit, county of Alt Penedès. Loamy land (balance of sand, silt and clay) and very hard nature. Cultivated by the criteria of organic viticulture. No herbicides or insecticides are used for chemical origin. Only natural organic manure. Vintage made entirely by hand. Wine, made entirely of production and aging in our cellars, situated in the historic center of Sant Sadurni d'Anoia. 15% of the "assembly" refers to wines aged in oak barrels for ten months. Making foam and bottle aging is done exclusively with natural cork. Cork is sustainable, recyclable and suitable for preserving the original sense of a long cellar aging. Final rinse in desks manually. "Disgorgement" done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle, professionalism, craftsmanship and respect for the environment. Cava Brut Nature completely dry, without added sugar issue. Disgorgement date indicated on the back.

The 2006 Subtil Gran Reserva Brut Nature contains 12% Chardonnay in addition to the traditional varieties. It exhibits a slightly more refined perfume including notes of minerality, almonds, white peaches, and fresh biscuit. Savory and flavorful in the mouth and impeccably balanced, it is a first-class effort in sparkling wine.
Viticulture: Takes place 46 Ha. of our own vineyards working with the vines, acting only when necessary and seeking to ensure the natural balance of the vine, aiming to respect it as far as possible to achieve the best expression of every individual vintage. Therefore, viticulture is based... solely on dry farming, we harvest the grapes only by hand and make completely dry cavas The prority is the respect for biodiversity and the environment: vines are cultivated without using herbicides or insecticides and only employ natural organic fertilisers. At Recaredo, growing vines requires paying close attention to the sky, the earth and the plant. This will allow to harvest grapes that can really express themselves.
