Yellow color with slightly golden highlights. Thin bubble. Froth formation. Aroma with withered floral notes, fennel and toastings. Very refined, persistent and of great harmony. Complex aging. Mouth with shades of dried and buttery fruits. Elegant, with a balanced acidity. frank, long and wide.
It was founded in 1986 by Josep María Raventós Blanc and Manuel Raventós Negra. The property of the Raventós family since 1497 in Sant Sadurní d´Anoia consists of 90 ha of woods and vineyards in the depression situated between the coastal hills and Montserrat, 40 km west of Barcelona, within... the Penedés winemaking area.
