Raimat Clos Abadia 2008 is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. Spain's largest privately owned winery situated near the city of Lleida. Aging during 6 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in American ones.
Tasting notes: Bright red cherry colour, violet rim. On nose, fruity, spicy, scents of black chocolate and black olive with balsamic touches. On palate, fruity, tasty, light acidity, well-balanced and intense.

Founded in 1914 by Manuel Raventos. It´s located in Raimat. It has 2245 hectares of vineyards. Today is the biggest vineyard in Spain and Europe's largest wine estate owned by one family. It belongs to Codorniú. D.O. Costers del Segre. The winery annually produces 5.9... million bottles of wine.
