The Quinta de Tarsus 2008 is elaborated with Tinta del País (100%). Elaborated during 20 to 30 days at a temperature of between 28-30 and aged during 12 months in French and American oak barrel. The ageing is completed during one more year in the bottle.
Tasting note: Bright red colour with violet edge. Nose: aromas of red fruit combined with spicy toasted oak. Floral notes. Palate: elegant, fruity and tannic.
