Selection of the best base wines from Privat allowing for an extended ageing process of a minimum of 30 months in the cellar. This slow ageing process expresses the full characteristics of Privat's base wines.
Produced strictly "en blanc" to maintain its traditional lightness while also allowing the varieties to show through according to each vintage. This cava is produced following the "Mèthode Tradicional" with a minimum of 30 months ageing.

Evolution: 2011-2012. Gastronomy: seafood salad, fish. Chardonnay; 30 months in stackings. The evidence which shows the author as a master in the Chardonnay's use for Cava. Ripe fruity aromas (apricot) and well assembled notes from the aging process. With volume and freshness in the mouth, it has body and a lively acidity, is tasty, balanced, with an elegant and ample palate. Service: 6ºC.

Bright golden color. Aroma lees, nuts, herbs toilet complex. Palate: powerful, rich, good acidity, fine bubbles, delicate bitterness.
The estate is just 2 km from the Mediterranean, with the vineyards planted on slopes and terraces between 150 and 300 meters altitude. There are currently 6 hectares of vineyards in production at Can Genis, with a further 6.5 hectares being planted. The red varieties planted are Pinot... Noir, Syrah, Mataró and Cabernet Sauvignon, whilst the whites are Pansa Blanca, Chardonnay, Viogner and Sauvignon Blanc. The cellar is specifically designed for micro-vinifications.
