Privat Brut Nature Reserva is our modern interpretation of the traditional concept of cava. This brut reserve is dominated by its fruit characteristics and structure while maintaining its fresh and light qualities.
Produced strictly "en blanc" to maintain its traditional lightness while also allowing the varieties to show through according to each vintage. This cava is produced following the "Mèthode Tradicional" with a minimum of 24 months ageing.
Alcohol content: 12%
Serve between 4ºC and 8ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2017-2018
Pairing: Appetizers, Bluefish, Fowl, Seafood, Soft Cheese, Whitefish.
