Salmon-like color. Small bubbles for a nervous champagne. Aromas of red fruits (cherry, fruits of the forest). It is a romantic and fresh champagne. 36 months of aging. Best served at 7 - 8ºC. This champagne has been elaborated with the 2003 and 2004 vintages.
Alcohol content: 12,5%
Serve between 4ºC and 8ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2017-2018
Pairing: Appetizers, Bluefish, Fowl, Seafood, Soft Cheese, Whitefish.
