Small ´garage´ winery founded in 1999. Placed in Subirats in the Penedés, of 8 hectares planted with Cariñena (60 years), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon (20 years). It is a handcrafted winery with a production of 5000 bottles. They neither filter, nor clarify the wine, trying to keep the process as... natural as possible. And its production is reductive (they avoid the use of O2) for what they recommend the previous decantation of the wine with a few hours of anticipation for the disappearance of the reduction aromas.
