Pardas Xarel-lo 2008 is made of 100% Xarel-lo from their own vineyards, grown without any intervention. Aging for 6 months in oak barrels 90% French and 10% Chestnut tree.
Tasting notes, Yellow colour with greenish tones. On nose, lively and complex. Fragrances of exotic fruit, nuts and notes of cake and roasted On palate, very fresh and tasty. Flavors of fruit, herbaceous, with light notes of wood on the background. A long finish with hints of citrus.
