The Palacio De Bornos Verdejo Fermentado En Barrica is made with the grape Verdejo, coming from a 6-hectare and 15-year-old vineyard, with stony ground.
It has fermented for 10-12 days in the barrel. Followed by 4 months ageing in barrels, and another 4 months in bottle to refine.
Color intense yellow with green rim.
Nose very intense and complex because of the wood.
Structured on the palate and rich, the specific notes of this variety are perfectly mixed with the wood. Long aftertaste.
