The Palacio de Bornos Verdejo is made exclusively with the grape Verdejo, coming from more than 15 year old vineyards, with stony soils and with a yield of 9,000 kg./Ha.
No ageing in barrels, only 12-16 days fermentation in stainless steel vessels.
Color Straw yellow with green reflections.
In the nose a good aromatic intensity, which opens the entire range of the grape Verdejo. Aromas of tropical fruits and hay, with a hint of anise.
On the palate intense, tasty and well balanced. With a fresh acidity, and with a fruity and aromatic aftertaste.
