Cold maceration. Fermentation and aging of 6 months in French oak barrels.
Straw yellow color with golden highlights, clean and bright.
The nose is intense. Aromas of vanilla, cream and toast, with a background of ripe fruit.
The palate is powerful, dense and creamy, refreshed by a balanced acidity. Long and pleasant aftertaste.
