Ondarre Reserva is made from Tempranillo 75%, Grenache 10% and Mazuelo 15%. Each variety is fermented separately. Fermentation under controlled temperature of between 28-30°C. Maceration process during 16-18 days. Ageing for 16 months in American and French oak casks of the Bordeaux type, with racking performed four times.
Tasting notes: Cherry red colour. Nose: aromas of oak ageing with hints of spices. Palate: full-flavoured, good backbone, with well integrated long-lasting tannins. Long and persistent finish.

Ondarre Winery, founded in 1986, belongs to Bodegas Olarra Group, one of the most renowned wineries in the Rioja Denomination of Origin, but with a unique personality in their wines.
