The Ochoa Vino Dulce de Moscatel is elaborated with 100% Moscatel.
Elaborated at their own muscatel vineyard. The best grapes with higher concertration of sugar are hand picked and selected to get a sweet wine known for its aromatic potential and appropriate balance between sugar and acidity. After de-stemming to remove scratches and pressing the grapes, the raisin goes through a pneumatic press process where the free run juice will become the Ochoa Vino Dulce after fermentation at low temperature and subsequent cold shutdown.
Bright golden yellow colour.
Aroma: complex, powerful and fresh, toasted notes of dried Moscatel grapes.
Palate: Silky, balanced and very refreshing fruitiness extending to a joyful and long aftertaste. Notes of overripe grapes that increase the diversity of aromas on the nose and palate.
