What the critics say...
Robert Parker: 92 points(01/01/2011)
"This unique effort is 100% old-vine Xarel-lo, some of it over 100 years of age. Mineral, bees’ wax, honey, and acacia inform the nose of this savory, well-balanced white. With excellent volume and length, it should deliver pleasure over the next 4-5 years and pair well with rich fish and white meat courses."
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Semi-mature Cheese, Soups and Creams.
A small winery with a small plot at the end of Torrelavit (the Vinya dels Taus) in the Penedes, and a philosophy of working in a vineyard, spoiling the bunch so you can offer all its flavor and depth, and without any subsequent intervention scrupulous care in the cellar.
From the 2005... harvest, Enric Soler and his team the vineyard according to biodynamic principles.
