Fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. Second fermentation in bottle. Minimum aging of 2 years.
Pale and bright yellow with green hues. Small bubble.
The nose is very pleasant, fine and persistent. Varietal character.
The palate is nice and creamy. Dry, fresh and round. Elegant and balanced. Frank and persistent aftertaste.
