Muga Crianza is made from Tempranillo 70%, Garnacha 20%, Mazuelo and Graciano 10%. Ageing for 6 months in American oak casks and 24 months in 225 liter American and French oak barrels. 12 months in bottle before being released to the market. After fermentation it remains 2 to 3 weeks macerating. Clarified with fresh egg white.
