The tertiary aromas of ageing are dominant together with those of the varieties of grape. The Chardonnay gives it the characteristic aroma of toast and nuts. An elegant bouquet, persistent in the mouth, silky, smooth and honeyed with great body. It is a pronounced gold in colour.

Tar and petrol notes dominate the floral and sweet fruit flavors of pear and apple. Clean and fresh, but doesn't show the best side of cava. Drink now.
