The Mont-ferrant Berta Bouzy is an Extra Brut Cava.
Grape composition: 27%Macabeu, 47% Xarel·lo, 11%Parellada and 15% Chardonnay aged in oak barrel.
Alcoholic content: 12%.
Average aging in cellars: 24 months.
The accents of fresh fruit and aromatic herbs blend together resulting in a balanced taste that is at the same time voluminous and smooth. The moderate maturity and restrained acidity content provide this cava with the pleasant fullness which characterizes it. 10% of the coupage’s base wine has been aged for a minimum of 3 months in French oak barrel, providing this cava with an intense gold color and delicate vanilla aromas.
