Straw like yellow colour.
Nose: white fruit and fennel aromas.
Palate: fresh, citrus and long aftertaste.
Pairing: Appetizers, Bluefish, Seafood, Soft Cheese, Whitefish.
Serve between 4ºC and 8ºC
