The Mont-Ferrant Carme Ruscalleda CR20 was borned as a tribute to the 20th anniversary of Sant Pau, the restaurant of the prestigious Carme Ruscalleda.
It is an Grand Reserve Extra Brut Cava made form 60% Chardonnay, 20% Xarel.lo, 10% Macabeo and 10% Parellada.
It was aging minimum of 30 months.
