Mont-Ferrant Blanes Nature is a Cava Reserve Brut Nature made with the 3 varieties typical for the production of cava (Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel.lo), adding in this case the touch of Chardonnay (which gives more finesse).
Tasting notes: Yellow straw colour and bubble persistence. The nose gives us notes of citrus and undergrowth. The mouthfeel is nice and delicate.
