Red intense colour with very ripe berry aromas. In the mouth it is strong, round, elegant and has balsamic and ripe picota cherry aftertastes. The tannins are smooth, persistent, and pleasant to the palate. Optimum acidity for a long conservation of the wine in the bottle.
What the critics say...
Wine Spectator: 86 points(01/01/2009)
This chewy red offers cherry, licorice, light game and mocha flavors over muscular tannins. A bit clumsy, but still fresh and has concentration. Drink now through 2013.
