Mestizaje 2010 is made from Bobal 60%, Tempranillo 14%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, Syrah 11% and Merlot 10%. Vineyards located in the high lands of Valencia, at a height of more than 800 m. (2624 ft.) above sea level. Manual harvest. The youngest wine in the Mustiguillo winery. Aging during 7 months in French oak barrels. To drink now and through the following five years.
Tasting notes: Bright black cherry colour, violet rim. On nose, fruity, scents of olives, eucalyptus, licorice and rosemary. On palate, strong, purely silky and tasty. Long and fruity final.
