Menganito is made from 100% Verdejo grapes.
Cold maceration of 30% of the grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 23 days.
Aged for 45 days on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Bright and clean.
The nose has fruity notes, anise and some tropical fruit.
The palate is fresh, fruity and creamy. Slightly balsamic. Fruity aftertaste with a touch of bitterness at the end that gives it the elegance typical of Verdejo.
