The MdO Moscato de Ochoa is a semi-sweet sparkling wine of low very aromatic and agreeable graduation. Its bubble comes from a natural process of fermentation of the must and is characterized by a 5,5% of alcohol. It is elaborated with Muscatel of tiny grain that comes from the vineyards placed in 'Finca del Bosque' in Traibuenas. It is a fresh product slightly sparkling which makes it refreshing and perfect for any occasion.
Tasting notes Shiny pale golden yellow color. Typical aromas of the muscat variety, white roses, ripe fruit and citrus fruits memories. In the mouth, it is fresh, elegant, with personality and a fine and discreet bubble.

Convinced that the quality is born in the vineyard, at Ochoa Wineries they only use grapes that come from their own vine-stocks. The vineyard is respected to the maximum, without breaking the natural balance, but always taking advantage of the possibilities of the new technologies, developing... programs of research (the I+D) to provide to the products the suitable fusion between tradition and modernity and to create innovative wines. They Possess 143 hectares of own vineyard in Traibuenas's natural site. The vineyards come from the former vine-stocks where the best vine-stocks have been selected to multiply its vegetable material. The plantation frame is of 3x1 meters, and they face the south to obtain the suitable maximun surface of plants exposed to the sun. Nowadays 1.000.000 of kilos per year of grape produce approximately 600.000 bottles a year. The process is totally automated, with the personal touch of 14 persons providing the indispensable humanity to the wines. The elaboration of the wine is composed by small histories, for what it is very important to take care of every single detail.
