Mas Rodó Riesling 2010 is made from a blend of Riesling 85% and Montonega 15%. Fermentation in French Allier oak barrels during 21 days.
Bright straw colour.
On nose, subtly fragrant and complex, ripe fruit, herbal and floral notes.
On palate, velvety, fine, good acidity, persistent and friendly. Fruity final.
Alcohol content: 12,5%
Serve between 2ºC and 5ºC
We recommend to decant the wine 1 hour before serving
Pairing: Appetizers, Rice Dishes, Roasts, Seafood, Semi-mature Cheese, Whitefish.
