Mas d'en Pol Barrica Negre is made from 40% Grenache Noir, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah and 20% Merlot from Mas d'en Pol, and More Setena Pla d'Aries vines. Maceration for 20-25 days. Controlled fermentation between 28 and 30 ºC. Ageing in French oak barrels for 8 months and ageing in bottle for a year.
Tasting notes: Nose: ripe black fruit, toasted oak notes and wild berry jam. Mouth: good acidity, fruity notes on smoky hints coming from the ageing.
