Made from the oldest Grenache and Cariñena vines only in exceptional years, when the weather and the vines allow. It is the essence of El Priorat, where fineness, elegance and complexity prevail over power and concentration to reach the goal: balance.
Intense Bigarreau cherry red in colour. Intense and complex, a combination of red and black fruits mingled with mineral notes. An extremely unctuous, fresh and delicate mouth with a very velvety and enveloping tannin. A smooth passage through the mouth full of aromatic sensations. All these features make the wine extremely persistent and elegant.
It needs to be decanted before being drunk, and it is a wine with a long life.
Alcohol content: 15%
Serve between 14ºC and 18ºC
Optimal consumption period: 2004-2029
