Intense cherry red in colour. A complex aroma with a fine balance between the red fruit, sweet spices and the balsamic forest herbs. An elegant and complex entry into the mouth with a very velvety, fresh tannin. Its passage through the mouth is long and generous, eventually revealing fruit and aniseed at the end.

Evolution: 2012-2013. Gastronomy: rice with rabbit, beans with sausage, vegetables. 25 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 20 % Cariñena, 20 % Garnacha del País, 20 % Garnacha Peluda, 10 % Syrah, 5 Merlot; one year in cask. It needs to be a little bit fleshier to enhance tannins in order to round them in the bottle. Very elegant ripe fruit and mineral aromas. Service: 18ºC.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
