Straw tinged yellow with hints of gold, lustrous, and with no uncertain glycerine density. Abounds in toasty creamy oak aromas together with fine, understated varietal elements. Similarly elegant on the palate with a consistent, harmonious creamy, smoky oak character, delicately herbal notes and a touch of hay.
Pairing: Fish Stew, Omelets, Pasta, Soups and Creams.
